Job Title: ACSW/AMFT Therapist
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (DOE)
Location: Napa, CA (Hybrid: In-Person + Telehealth Options)
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor / Practice Director

$30–$35 per hour, based on experience + benefits + supervision hours counted toward licensure.
About the Role
As an ACSW/AMFT Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy services within a supportive, integrated care model. You’ll collaborate with our nonprofit outreach services and our private-practice pathways to support clients holistically.
Key Responsibilities

Provide culturally responsive therapy to individuals, couples, youth, and families.

Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.

Participate actively in weekly clinical supervision and ongoing training.

Offer trauma-informed and resilience-building interventions.

Maintain an organized and manageable caseload aligned with your interests and experience.

Collaborate with supervisors, case managers, and community partners.

Provide psychoeducation, resources, and coping tools.

Support outreach, workshops, and nonprofit initiatives that expand community access to care.
Qualifications
Education
-
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Licensing
-
Current ACSW or AMFT registration with the California BBS.
Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
-
Direct clinical experience providing therapy.

Experience with culturally diverse or underprivileged populations.

Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or crisis intervention.

Experience with telehealth platforms.
