Marina Milstein Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and personable Associate Orthodontist to join our growing practice 3 to 4 days per week. We are a well-established, privately owned orthodontic practice with locations in Granite Bay and Auburn, CA. Founded in 2019 by Dr. Marina Milstein, our practice is known for its high-quality clinical care, warm family-oriented environment, and exceptionally loyal patient base.
Both practice locations have been serving the community for more than seven years, supported by steady new patient flow and strong community relationships. We place a high value on teamwork, positivity, and patient-centered care, and we are seeking a candidate who will thrive in our supportive and collaborative office culture.
Our practice is fully digital and technologically advanced, utilizing state-of-the-art digital X-rays, iTero scanners, and Dolphin software. We work exclusively with Invisalign and offer a comprehensive range of orthodontic appliances to provide personalized treatment for our patients.
The incoming associate will join a practice with a highly trained administrative team and an experienced clinical staff who are skilled in a wide range of appliances and digital systems. We provide thorough training and ongoing support to ensure a comfortable and successful transition into the position.

Compensation for this position will be competitive and negotiable, based on experience, skill set, and schedule availability.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree with an accredited orthodontic specialty certification
Active California dental license in good standing
Ability to carry and maintain individual malpractice insurance
Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Proven ability to convert new patient exams into active treatment starts is highly desirable
