Description
Concorde is seeking to hire (4) full-time Business Analysts to support ongoing operational,
technical, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Each position is
expected to align to one of the core business analyst specialization areas identified below
in the role requirements, allowing candidates to contribute within domains that match their
experience and subject matter expertise.
These roles are designed for individuals who demonstrate strong analytical capability,
structured problem solving, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional
development. Candidates who bring in-depth experience for at least one of the identified
specialization areas will be well positioned to support high impact work within their
assigned focus area.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, define
problem statements, and translate requirements into clear business and functional
specifications. - Conduct analysis of processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for
improvement, efficiency, and enhanced operational outcomes. - Document workflows, current state and future state process maps, and system
interactions in alignment with organizational standards. - Support project planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness activities
throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. - Facilitate meetings, requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional discussions that support informed decision making, in an Agile
environment. - Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business
requirements, solution design, and implementation objectives. - Support testing activities through test case development, validation of
requirements, and coordination of user acceptance testing. - Develop and deliver clear documentation including requirement narratives, user
guides, process documentation, and training materials as needed. - Monitor implemented solutions to ensure sustainability, adoption, and expected
business value. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and promote analytic and process oriented thinking across the organization.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience performing business analysis, requirements elicitation, and
process evaluation in operational or technical environments. - Ability to translate complex concepts into structured documentation that is clear,
concise, and actionable for both business and technical audiences. - Strong competency in critical thinking, data-driven decision making, and structured
problem solving. - Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, collaborate across diverse groups, and
build productive working relationships. - Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, process mapping (including
BPMN2.0 methodology), workflow modeling, and requirements documentation. - Experience contributing within structured project delivery, specifically in an Agile
environment focused on iterative delivery. - Strong attention to detail, organization, planning, and follow-through.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development; interest in BA
best practices, certifications, and ongoing skill growth. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, adaptability, and
accountability. - Demonstratable experience in at least one of the following specialization
categories:-
- Process Analysis and Workflow Design
- Data and Analytics Business Analysis
- Systems and Integration Analysis
- Strategic and Cross-Functional Business Analysis

Candidate Requirements
- Must reside within the domestic United States, excluding residents of CA, MA, NY, NJ, WA.
- Must not require work authorization for employment.
- Must be able to work on an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
