The CQO will collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders across operations, IT, population health, data analytics, nursing, pharmacy, implementation science, and health services research. The CQO will also guide efforts to publish and share quality improvement insights locally and nationally, positioning the department as a leader in quality and learning health systems.
The ideal candidate is a distinguished academic clinician or researcher with leadership experience in quality improvement within a large academic medical center or integrated health system.
