Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedules: Design your ideal work-life balance with options for a hybrid remote schedule or a four-day workweek. All schedules include 36 patient facing hours with built-in administrative time.
- Work-Life Balance: This is a 100 percent outpatient role with a flexible schedule and no weekends. Appointments include 60-minute intakes and 45-minute follow-ups. The practice uses Epic EMR and offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with primary care and specialty consultation support.
- Support: On-call responsibilities are shared based on team size and consist of evening and weekend phone calls only when on call. There is no inpatient or emergency department coverage. Case managers and medical assistants provide daily workflow support.
- Practice Model: Responsibilities include psychiatric medication management with ongoing psychotherapy visits. Stable patients transition back to primary care for baseline medication management.
Compensation & Benefits Highlights:
- Sign-On and Retention Bonuses: Up to $80,000 in bonus compensation is offered with no repayment or clawback provisions.

Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State by start date
- Unrestricted DEA by start date
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
Preferred Qualifications
- Inpatient or outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry experience.
- Comfort with electronic health records.
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $225,000 - $393,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
