Description
Location: Chappaqua, NY & Hartsdale, NY (Hybrid Available)
Position Type: Private Practice – Group / Independent Partnership
About Psychology Partners Group (PPG)
More than just a mental health practice, PPG is a premier multidisciplinary community in Westchester County dedicated to the belief that "it takes a community to heal a community." With high-end suites in Chappaqua and Hartsdale, we provide a sophisticated professional home for clinicians who value integrity, compassion, and the power of integrated care.
The Opportunity: A Turn-key Partnership
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner to join our clinical ecosystem as an independent partner. This is a Management Services Organization (MSO) model designed for a physician or psychiatric nurse practitioner who wants the autonomy of private practice without the administrative burden. Ideal for candidates looking to jump start their practice at a director level in a collaborative environment.
Why Partner with PPG?
- Financial Autonomy: Under our MSO model, you maintain your own independent practice (PLLC) and retain 100% of your clinical billings.
- Zero Administrative or Rental Burdens: We provide the "administrative engine," including dedicated, private entrance, windowed office space, full-cycle billing, insurance credentialing, dedicated marketing and intake coordination, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
- Immediate Referral Stream: Access to a high-volume internal referral base from our team of psychologists in two of Westchester’s most sought-after communities.
Clinical Focus & Integrated Care
You will be the medical pillar of a collaborative treatment team. We are looking to integrate psychiatric expertise in:
- Lifespan Psychopharmacology: Comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Specialized Integrated Programs: Working alongside our expert psychologists in our specialized Eating Disorder Recovery program (CBT-E and FBT models).
- Women’s Mental Health: Perinatal and postpartum psychiatric care.
- Complex Presentations: Management of persistent, nuanced depression, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD/ASD).
A Strategic Clinical Partnership
PPG is committed to professional synergy. You will benefit from weekly multidisciplinary case consultations and a "huddle culture" that ensures seamless continuity for the patients we serve together.
