Lead a partnership based clinical simulation center serving both academic and health care organizations across Northern California. This role offers full operational leadership, accreditation oversight and opportunity to support healthcare workforce development in a rural region.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master’s degree in medical simulation OR
-Master’s degree in a health-related field such as healthcare management, health professions, or
a related discipline AND Minimum of three (3) years of experience in simulation-based education, including program development, operations, facilitation, or management within healthcare education or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire.
-Experience working in a clinical healthcare environment.
-Registered Nurse.
