TorchStone Global is hiring a 2 full-time Market Security Operations Manager 1 based in Southern California and 1 based Northern California to support the corporate security organization of a vertically integrated health system. You will keep security services consistent, compliant, and effective across a group of assigned facilities in a busy, multi-site healthcare environment.
Working within the client's market-level security structure, you are a visible field partner. You check how operations are running each day, help close gaps, and work with site leaders to raise the standard of protection at every location. This is a hands-on role that rewards being present, following through, and using good judgment. It is meant to take pressure off senior site security leaders.
The right person has solid operational knowledge of physical security and the people skills to influence outcomes without direct authority. You are comfortable spending the day in active hospital settings, reading conditions on the ground, and turning standards and policy into steady, repeatable results at the site level.
