What You Will Be Doing
Join us in elevating the Titleist brand as you lead our Off Course Influencer Program-an exciting role dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the industry's most influential sales associates and fitters across Off Course, Indoor Performance, Club Builder, and Golf Specialty channels. You'll champion Titleist Clubs through impactful product education, targeted seeding, exceptional service, and high‑quality training experiences. With responsibility for driving a 2% share increase in the Off Course channel, you will engage top retail locations, coordinate advanced fitting support through TPI and other key resources, and lead regional and national training events that energize and equip our partners. This role also oversees significant product and training budgets while managing personal-use programs that reinforce brand advocacy. If you're motivated by cultivating strong partnerships, creating brand ambassadors, and influencing how dedicated golfers choose to see, try, and buy their clubs, this role offers an incredible opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years in account management or program management.
- Strong background in relationship development and program management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (individuals and small groups).
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational strength, and golf club product expertise.
- Ability to travel domestically 30-40 nights per year.
- Able to carry product sample bags and equipment up to 30 lbs multiple times per day.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- ERP order entry experience preferred, ideally AGS/Infor M3.

Pay Range: $83,117.00-$103,714.00
