Pediatrician Opportunity – Valle Verde Pediatrics, Poway, California

It all starts with loving what you do! Valle Verde Pediatrics is recruiting a pediatrician to join our Valle Verde office in Poway, California. This is an opportunity to join a very well-run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need as you build your practice and care for your deserving panel of patients.

Valle Verde Pediatrics provides comprehensive healthcare from birth through college in a personalized, private practice setting. Our valued staff and providers enjoy building long-term relationships with our patients. 

We proudly serve the greater San Diego area, including 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Torrey Highlands, Carmel Valley, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Ramona, Rancho Penasquitos, Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, and Rancho Santa Fe. Patients also travel from Julian and Borrego Springs.

Position Overview:

Education, Licensure & Certification

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California
• Current, Unrestricted California state specific DEA license
• BE/BC Pediatrics

The expected base salary range for this position located in Poway, CA is $164,000 -$217,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role. In addition to base salary, the Pediatrics Associates Family of Companies and its affiliates offer a comprehensive benefits package, potential incentive and recognition programs, and retirement planning (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements based on position, and division).
