GENERAL PSYCHIATRIST
1 Position available for Child & Adolescent Psychiatry; 1 Position available for General Adult Psychiatry
REMUNERATION The average day rate with our clinic for psychiatry is currently $3,500–$4,000 per day, depending on the hours you wish to work.
LOCATION Work at our high-end, relaxing clinic space in beachside Brighton (Bayside Melbourne), work online or choose a hybrid arrangement that suits your lifestyle.
COMMUNITY Join our Bayside family-run private practice founded by Dr Thomas Mole (Consultant Psychiatrist) and Dr Iona Walker (Clinical Psychologist). Connect to a team of like-minded professionals over our weekly team brunch or quarterly socials. Access supervision with Dr Tom Lead Psychiatrist and MDT input from our friendly team.

LET US DO THE ADMIN FOR YOU We offer innovative, best-in-class administrative and allied health assistant support. In addition to taking care of advertising, screening referrals, filling your books and billing, Kin Clinic's allied health assistants also prepare your intake paperwork and disorder-specific questionnaires with patients before your appointments. This enables our clinicians to focus on their patient, to see more patients if they wish to, increasing their renumeration and to prepare reports with ease. When you start with us full onboarding support is provided.

Requirements
We are seeking Psychiatrists who share our mission to change lives through evidence based compassionate practice and who wish to be part of a friendly MDT.
There is one position available in child and adolescent psychiatry and one position available in general adult.
Requirements:
- Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP), or near completion
- AHPRA Specialist Registration, or near completion
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Australia wide applicants welcome, Melbourne based preferred.
- Psychiatrists under the 10-year moratorium are welcome to apply — our clinic is located in a District of Workforce Shortage (DWS) area for psychiatry in Brighton, Victoria
- Must have a passion for excellence in evidence based patient care and a compassionate approach
- ABN, clean police check, and eligibility for a Medicare provider number
*Clinicians who are able to work a day or more in the Brighton office and open to a broad range of referral types are preferred*
