Position Summary

As a Senior Program Analyst Deployment, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and exciting change initiatives, using skills ranging from coaching teams through process changes to systems training.
You will proactively collaborate with business partners, subject matter authorities, and training professionals to learn how to deploy engaging curriculum for virtual, in-person training and on demand e-learning. You will use modern strategies such as micro-learning and gamification. You should be a creative innovator and dynamic problem solver who can apply instructional design standard methodologies and forward-thinking solutions to transform complex topics into meaningful and understandable learning experiences. lease replace this section with the Job Summary
Some key tasks will include:
- Co-creating curriculum, engaging content, and creative solutions for adult learners
- Identifying and aligning learning goals, objectives, and competencies
- Managing and maintaining projects, inclusive of communication with leadership and partners across multiple business areas

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of talent development or adult learning experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating classroom or web-based training and conducting train-the-trainer sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint
- Familiarity with web-conferencing (Teams) and e-learning software
- Knowledge of or previous experience in healthcare
Education
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
