Fisher Phillips seeks an entry-level associate to join our Woodland Hills office. We are looking for a highly motivated recent law school graduate who possesses excellent academic credentials and a genuine interest in labor and employment law. Prior work experience is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for a 2026 law school graduate looking to start their legal career in labor and employment law. As an entry-level associate, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of labor and employment law while working closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse range of cases.
Candidates must be scheduled to sit for the July California bar exam and have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

The yearly salary for this position is $160,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
