Principal Responsibilities
Provideadult psychiatric carein a hospital-based hybrid practice model
Provide psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up for PHP patients
Deliveroutpatient psychiatric carein a continuity-based clinic setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across behavioral health settings
Support effective care transitions across levels of service, as clinically appropriate
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care delivery

Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine
Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Psychiatry or foreign equivalency training
Licenses/Certifications
Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required
Board certified in psychiatry within two years of hire
BLS - required within 180 Days
Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required
Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required
National Provider Identifier upon hire required

Pay Range
Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
