As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resources Department, you will develop and execute our overall recruiting strategy to help us scale our business and source, assess, and onboard exceptional talent. You will use proactive, innovative techniques as you lead our full cycle recruitment process. In this role you will:
- Asses – through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens – develop, and deliver AirSprint’s recruitment strategy
- Recommend and facilitate innovative recruitment initiatives
- In collaboration with the HR and Marketing teams, utilize a variety of channels to source candidates and enhance AirSprint’s recruitment brand
- Utilizing Ceridian’s Dayforce Recruiting module and social media platforms, develop and manage talent pools for key positions
- Lead the recruitment process, including managing Dayforce Recruiting, reviewing resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the interview and selection process
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Coordinate offer negotiations and provide effective closing strategies
- Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to successfully onboard new employees

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least five years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- At least three years of process management experience in your recruiting role
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Ceridian’s Dayforce platform
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation
- Previous recruitment experience in the aviation industry or working with federally regulated organizations
