A multi-franchise dealer group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Hyundai, Genesis, and Nissan operation. We are seeking a proven leader who can drive profitability across all departments, build a strong team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across three distinct brands, including Genesis's luxury retail standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Own full P&L responsibility for all departments: new, used, F&I, service, parts, and body shop (if applicable)
Drive new and used vehicle sales volume, gross profit, and market share against OEM and group objectives
Manage inventory strategy, turn, aging, and floorplan exposure across all three franchises
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing management team and staff
Achieve and maintain strong CSI and SSI scores and meet OEM facility, training, and brand standards for Hyundai, Genesis, and Nissan
Grow fixed operations absorption and customer-pay revenue
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including advertising, F&I, and employment law
Build relationships with OEM representatives, lenders, and the local community

Requirements

5+ years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership; Hyundai, Genesis, or Nissan experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of growing volume and net profit
Strong financial acumen, including reading and acting on dealership financial statements
Experience managing a luxury brand or premium customer experience is a plus
Working knowledge of major DMS and CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
California dealership experience preferred
