General Manager – Trilogy at Rio Vista Master Association (TRVMA)
Rio Vista, California
Compensation: Up to $310,000 for the right candidate

TRVMA is a large-scale, self-managed homeowners association comprised of 3,008 single-family homes, operating with an annual budget of approximately $10.8 million and supported by a team of 92 in-house employees. This position offers the opportunity to lead a sophisticated organization with extensive amenities and a highly engaged resident population.

Community assets include: Two clubhouses, Indoor and outdoor pools and spas, Wellness center and fitness facilities, Public-facing spa, Café, Four gated entrances, including one staffed 24/7/365, Tennis and pickleball courts, Bocce courts, horseshoe pits, Dog park, tot lot, HOA and golf course maintenance facilities. 18-hole golf course and restaurant are owned by TRVMA but operated by CourseCo.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess significant executive-level experience in community association management, strong financial and operational acumen, proven leadership abilities, and the interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a politically active and highly engaged 55+ environment. Experience leading large staffs, managing complex facilities, overseeing capital projects, and working directly with volunteer boards is strongly preferred. PCAM designation preferred. Experience in a self-managed HOA is strongly preferred. Active-adult community experience is highly desirable.
