POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide brand management functions to company clients, resulting in the achievement of objectives, revenue growth, and success.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Assist brand manager with their efforts in operations, marketing, licensing, sales, distribution, and growth by meeting specific company and client needs.
DUTIES:
1. Ideate and create brand plans, business plans, and marketing strategies to meet client objectives
2. Identify new product and licensing opportunities and make suggestions to clients, while furthering new business
3. Reach out to customers worldwide and follow up to encourage them to carry and sell client products
4. Provide social media direction to clients
5. Prepare NDAs and new client proposals
6. Support fan convention, trade show, and social media marketing efforts and professionally represent the company as requested
7. Suggest and pursue new business opportunities
8. Advise clients on website features and development
9. Create pro forma profitability statements for products and initiatives
10. Support marketplace efforts on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, and others
11. Seek out vendors and negotiate terms for projects, products, and initiatives
12. Research and prepare reports on pop culture retail stores and fan conventions
13. Organize events and schedules
14. Communicate with clients and colleagues, maintaining frequent communications with all involved parties
15. Provide regular reporting to management
16. Complete assignments in time allotted
17. Attend regular meetings, report on progress, identify problems, and implement solutions
18. Other requests as specified from time to time
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS:
a. Completing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field within one year and is interested in pursuing a graduate degree
b. Minimum 3 years desktop applications, internet, and marketplace experience
c. Experience with e-commerce, licensing, anime & pop culture franchises, and knowledge of collectible product categories
