Description
Are you an experienced Driver OT who thrives in the field and loves autonomy?
At Wise OT Solutions, our Driving OT role allows you to:
Lead your caseload independently.
Enjoy flexible scheduling with travel fully covered.
Access mentorship and support from clinical leads and a highly experienced team.
Have a hybrid clinical/driving caseload.
Step into a role where your experience is trusted and your career can truly drive forward.
We work with clients who have serious injuries, supporting them in the community on behalf of their insurers. It's meaningful, varied work and we do it without the rigid systems and unrealistic targets that can make other roles feel exhausting.
Here's what you can expect:
- Company car provided
- All travel billable
- Lunch on us while you're out in the community
- No high-pressure KPIs or unrealistic RTW targets
- Craft your caseload within your areas of interest
- Flexible hours that work around your life
- Admin support that's second to none!
- Real mentoring and support from day one
- A team that trusts your clinical judgment
- A growing, connected team culture you'll love
This would be a great transition for an OT experienced in community neuro/complex disability, looking to move out of the NDIS space.
We're also interested to hear from: senior OTs for home based assessments & equipment prescription. Work within the icare scheme where your time and skills are valued and respected. This is NOT a return to work role - purely home based/community OT. Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast locations all considered | Full-time or part-time (min 3 days)
