Psychology Partners Group
Company Overview
*Our Mission:*
Psychology Partners Group (PPG) is a premier multidisciplinary clinical community based in Westchester County, New York, rooted in the philosophy that "it takes a community to heal a community." We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan, fostering a culture where integrity, compassion, and professional development are the cornerstones of our practice.
*The PPG Clinical Ecosystem*
With state-of-the-art office suites in Chappaqua and Hartsdale, PPG serves as a central hub for integrated mental health services. Our team of expert psychologists provides specialized care in Adult and Child/Adolescent therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities to treat a wide range of presentations. We maintain a high-acuity clinical focus in:
*Adult & Pediatric Psychopharmacology: Comprehensive medication management across the lifespan*
*Eating Disorder Recovery (specializing in CBT-E and FBT frameworks)*
*Women’s Mental Health (Perinatal and Postpartum care)*
*Neurodevelopmental Disorders (ADHD and ASD support)*
*Nuanced Medication Management: Complex Clinical Presentations and co-occurring conditions*
*Strategic Clinical Partnership (MSO Model)*
Distinct from traditional employment-based groups, PPG operates as a high-caliber Management Services Organization (MSO). We provide a "partnership of peers" model designed for independent medical providers (Psychiatrists and PMHNPs) who value clinical autonomy but desire the support of a robust administrative engine.
Our MSO infrastructure allows partners to focus exclusively on clinical excellence while we manage the complexities of the modern practice, including:
*Full-Cycle Billing & Insurance Credentialing*
*Dedicated Intake Coordination & Scheduling*
*Premium Physical & Telehealth Infrastructure*
*A Built-in, High-Volume Referral Stream*
*Our Vision for Synergy*
At PPG, we believe the best patient outcomes are achieved through the seamless integration of psychotherapy and medical management. We offer a collaborative "huddle culture" and weekly multidisciplinary case consultations, providing our medical partners with a robust clinical safety net and a vibrant professional community.
We invite dedicated providers to join our mission in elevating the standard of care for the Westchester community.
Company History
Founded in 2015, Psychology Partners Group (PPG)—(originally established as Pleasantville Psychology Group)—was born out of a mission to transform the mental health landscape in Westchester County. Founded by Dr. Emily Bly and Dr. Eva Leighton, the practice was designed to move beyond the traditional "siloed" model of care, instead creating a comprehensive one-stop solution where families and individuals can access elite clinical expertise under one roof.
What began as a specialized boutique practice has evolved into a premier multidisciplinary clinical ecosystem. Today, with state-of-the-art offices in Chappaqua and Hartsdale, PPG serves as a central hub for evidence-based care across the lifespan. By integrating a wide range of therapeutic specialties with sophisticated diagnostic services, we ensure that our patients never have to navigate their healing journey alone.
Our Comprehensive Services
To fulfill our "one-stop" mission, we have curated a diverse team of experts providing a full spectrum of psychological services:
*Individual & Family Therapy: Specialized care for adults, children, and adolescents.*
*Couples Counseling: Utilizing the world-renowned Gottman Method for relationship health and discernment.*
*Specialized Clinical Programs: Dedicated tracks for Eating Disorder Recovery (CBT-E and FBT), Women’s Mental Health (Perinatal/Postpartum), and Neurodevelopmental Support (ADHD/ASD).*
*Creative & Group Therapies: Including Art Therapy and evidence-based support groups for divorce, parenting, and social anxiety.*
*Advanced Diagnostics: Comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing for academic, behavioral, and clinical clarity.*
*Psychoeducational Workshops: Research-backed "blueprints" for personal growth and relationship building.*
By combining the warmth of a community practice with the rigor of a high-end clinical institution, PPG continues to prove that it truly takes a community to heal a community.
