    This position Reviews, awards, and adjusts federal and private loan applications. Resolves loan reconciliation and discrepancies from both internal and external sources. Responds to loan, mail, phone and in person requests for assistance. Updates, maintains, and creates procedures for our online policies procedure manual. The position will also evaluate students eligibility for and award Winterlude intersession institutional financial aid and Federal TEACH Grants.
