We are a leading provider of psychiatric services and education, delivering structured training, high-quality supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities across all stages of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) training program..
Via this vacancy you can apply for either an Unaccredited Registrar or Senior Registrar (RANZCP Stage 3) Position. Please indicate which you are applying for in the questions with it the application process.
Our training sites include Adult, Aged, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in both inpatient and community settings, located across Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, and their associated community mental health teams.
Our diverse services include:
Crisis and assessment teams (CAT)
Continuing care teams (CCT)
Mobile Support and Treatment (MST)
Emergency Mental Health (ECATT)
Clozapine and Gender Dysphoria Clinics
Women’s and Perinatal Mental Health Unit, including a perinatal consultation-liaison service and Mother-Baby Unit
Eating Disorders programs
Community-based residential rehabilitation services
These positions offer excellent clinical exposure and are well-supported by our dedicated education and training team, ensuring an enriching experience for psychiatry registrars preparing for their RANZCP requirements and Unaccredited Registrars seeking further experience prior to entering formal accredited training.
What You Need to Know:

Full General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
A valid EmployeeVictorianWorking with Children Check isrequired
Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications
Current Drivers Licence
