Description

Litigation Associate with 3+ years’ experience to join our statewide municipal litigation practice. We represent cities, counties, and special districts across California. Our largest offices are in Grass Valley and Pasadena, but we also have locations in Irvine, Petaluma, Sacramento, Walnut Creek and San Diego. Location is negotiable, and we are open to hybrid and remote work. Full- or part-time. Excellent academic credentials along with strong analytical & writing skills required. We value collegiality and diversity and work to make our practice both professionally and personally rewarding. Experience and a strong interest in public or municipal law, trial court writs, or appellate advocacy is helpful but not required; litigation experience is.
