Attorney (5+ Years Experience) – Remote / Hybrid

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Gulf Coast Region Preferred)

Licensure: Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, or California preferred

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney(s) to join our growing legal team. This position offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work environment while handling a diverse and engaging caseload. The ideal candidate is confident in managing cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities

        Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution

        Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

        Conduct discovery, including depositions and written discovery

        Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

        Develop case strategy and provide risk analysis

        Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Qualifications

        Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

        Active license in any State

        Minimum of 3-5+ years experience

        Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

        Ability to work independently in a remote environment
