We are currently seeking experienced AV Technicians to support multiple Corporate Business projects throughout the Bay Area.

Position Overview
The AV Technician will perform onsite and offsite assessments, installations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and reporting for corporate AV and IT projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with:

• AV systems installation
• Video conferencing platforms
• Rack building
• Structured cabling
• DSP and control systems

Enterprise technology environments
 
Key Responsibilities

• Pull cables through conduits and ceiling trays
• Perform cable management and structured cabling installations
• Build and configure AV racks
• Decommission and replace equipment
• Install TVs, displays, projectors, screens, speakers, cameras, microphones, and lighting systems
• Read and interpret design drawings and perform redlines
• Upload and adjust DSP and control system programming
• Assist with sound system calibration and acoustics adjustments
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including switches and routers
• Maintain communication with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and onsite teams
• Follow all onsite safety procedures and project requirements
• Coordinate with other trades onsite

Maintain a strong sense of urgency and professionalism

Required Skills

• CTS
• CTS-I
• CTS-D
• Industry AV or networking certifications 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to crawl, kneel, and work in ceiling spaces
• Ability to lift and move AV equipment including displays, speakers, and projectors

 Language Requirements

• Nice to have: Spanish &English language skills.
