Campaign Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time, employed by two campaigns (Temporary / Campaign Cycle through November 2026)
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience ($4-5k/month plus health stipend)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Campaign Coordinator to support two distinct ballot measure campaigns. This role is ideal for someone interested in campaign management who wants hands-on experience. The Campaign Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Campaign Manager and campaign leadership by keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, connecting moving parts across both campaigns, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.This position will split time approximately 50/50 between the two campaigns, requiring strong time management and the ability to track parallel workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & General Support
Maintain organized campaign files, contact lists, and shared documents
Track and manage campaign supplies and materials
Manage calendars and scheduling for campaign leadership, including meetings, calls, and events
Support the tracking of action items, deadlines, and deliverables across both campaigns to keep workstreams on schedule
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up summaries
Support campaign leadership with research, memos, and special projects as they arise
Communications & Social Media Support
Draft content for campaign social media channels (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook), aligned with campaign messaging and key moments
Monitor channels for notable engagement and flag relevant activity to leadership
Update campaign websites and help prepare digital content around news cycles, endorsements, and campaign milestones
Support drafting of newsletters and other external communications as needed
Event & Field Support
Assist in planning and executing campaign events, including community gatherings, press events, rallies, and volunteer kickoffs
Handle event logistics including venue coordination, materials, and day-of staffing
Support field operations and community mobilizing actions, which may include coordinating canvassing, phone banking, and volunteer activities as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in political campaigns, public affairs, nonprofit development, or related field (internships included)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms; experience with Canva or similar tools a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Drive)
Familiarity with San Francisco civic, political, or development landscape is a plus
Term & Schedule
Through November 2026 (full cycle), with immediate start preferred
Occasional evening/weekend work and travel within San Francisco required
