- Certified Massage Therapist
Description
Come Join Our Team of Bodyworkers!
We're looking for a few skilled and motivated massage therapists to join our small, curated team. We're actively interviewing now.
Our studio, Strategic Bodywork, has been serving the Lake Merritt community in Oakland for over 15 years. We're proud to offer a supportive environment where therapists enjoy freedom, autonomy, and community.
Our studio blends the precision of a clinical practice with the care of a spa. While we welcome many modalities, every therapist here is proficient in deep tissue and orthopedic massage, helping clients work through injury and chronic pain, all grounded in a holistic approach to wellness.
We value clear, kind, and transparent communication — both with clients and each other — and we're intentional about finding the right fit for our close-knit team: someone who takes the therapeutic work seriously but also genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients.
We hire therapists as hourly employees and offer a strong benefits package, including paid sick leave, 401K matching, a bonus structure, and continuing education reimbursement.
If you're looking for a long-term home where you can grow as a therapist while being part of a supportive group of professionals, we'd love to meet you.
