Description
Helping Hands Massage & Aromatherapy is in need of a Certified Massage Therapist, that want to work at a well-established location where clients are welcomed and cared for and the staff thrives. Each professional new team member needs to have a minimum of 3 years of full-time massage therapy work experience and is able to provide Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Treatments, as well as Therapeutic, Hot Stone and Swedish Massage. Know how to perform Body Wraps and Body Scrubs is a plus. A desired schedule to include Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. All supplies and equipment (sheets, oils, towels, table) are provided. WE pay for all internet and social/community marketing. You will have the opportunity to participate in community events to promote your services. We also provide all of your marketing materials (business cards, brochures, online presence). Requirements
As an independent contractor you will deliver professional massage therapy services within a collaborative clinical/spa setting. Reporting to the clinic management, you will apply you physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology expertise to assess client needs and tailor treatment plans. You premium skill in client communication, assessment, trigger point therapy and pain management will drive quality returns.
Responsibilities
Provide massage therapy services to clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans based on physiology, anatomy, an medical terminology.
Perform consultations, patient assessments, and adjust techniques (including hot stone, trigger point therapy and tissue-focused methods to relieve pain improve mobility.
Maintain professional standards, documentation, and licensing compliance, ensure hygienic, safe and comfortable treatment environments.
Deliver exceptional service, address concerns, and educate clients on post-treatment care and home exercises.
Coordinate with clinic operations and scheduling, uphold occupational health policies, and stay current with industry best practices.
Massage therapist experience of 3 years or more preferred.
