Marin Country Club is looking for childcare staff to work at its facility in Novato. We provide a safe, fun-filled, supervised environment for member children. We serve children 1 yrs old and up, diaper changing is a must. We have a great group of kids who make our job fun and entertaining!

Job Description:
• Interact and supervise children in the 'Kids Korner' of the club (childcare). Help at kid's events and parties including cooking classes, themed nights (movie marathons, trivia night, etc.) holiday activities, and more. May help with other tasks as assigned around the Club.

Essential Duties:
• Maintains a safe environment for children placed in day care.
• Ensures that established rules of the day care center are enforced and adhered to.
• Maintains an attractive, orderly appearance in the day care center.
• Assists with the facilitation of entertaining and educational activities for the children.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Hours: We are looking for a few employees to cover regular weekly shifts. We are open the following days and times. Employee does not need to be available for all shifts:

Tuesday- Sunday : 8:45am - 1:30pm

Thursday - Sunday: 4:45pm- 9 pm

Substitute to cover additional hours as the need comes up.
1 to 2 kids events a month at varying times and days of the week.

Requirements: 17 years of age or older; certified in first aid, and CPR. Must love working/interacting with children. Must have interpersonal skills, work ethic, and enjoy working in a friendly, country club environment!

Compensation: DOE

Desired Qualifications:
• 1+ to 5 years of experience
• Age Groups: Toddler , Preschool , Grade School
• High school degree
• First Aid Training, CPR Training

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
• Daycare: 1 year (Preferred)
• License/Certification: CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
