Description

As a WM Compost Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of environmental safety and operational excellence by managing the day-to-day operations of the Pala Composting Facility. You will oversee all site activities including gatehouse, sorting, loading, and unloading of composting material, while driving efficiency by minimizing operational costs and reducing truck turnaround times. You will supervise a team of up to six operators and laborers.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial Engineering, or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. 
 
Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
