Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our growing practice in San Luis Obispo, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality eye care services, including medical and surgical treatment of a wide range of ocular conditions. Key Responsibilities
-Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular diseases and conditions.
-Provide medical and surgical treatment for a variety of eye disorders including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and other anterior and posterior segment diseases.
-Develop individualized treatment plans and manage patient care effectively.
-Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
-Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
-Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology and participate in continuing education.
-Educate patients and their families about eye health, treatment options, and preventive care.

Requirements
Qualifications
-Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
-Completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency program.
-Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
-Valid California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
-Proven experience in comprehensive ophthalmology, including surgical skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
