Description
Consultant Psychiatrist – ADHD & Forensic Psychiatry
Location: Dianella, Perth WA
Engagement Type: Contractor / Potential Practice Partnership
Remuneration: 80% of billings
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in ADHD and/or Forensic Psychiatry to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Dianella, Perth.
This is an opportunity for an experienced psychiatrist looking for strong earning potential, a full referral book, clinical autonomy and the potential to buy into the practice.
About the Role
We are looking for a psychiatrist who wants to build a significant clinical practice within an established multidisciplinary environment.
You will have the opportunity to focus on:
ADHD assessments and diagnosis
ADHD medication assessment and management
Adult and adolescent psychiatric assessments
Forensic psychiatric assessments
Forensic and medicolegal reporting
Complex psychiatric assessments
One-off specialist assessments
Ongoing psychiatric care
A combination of assessment and treatment pathways
There is strong existing demand for psychiatric assessment, with established referral pathways designed to support a full clinical book.
Your Practice, Our Infrastructure
We take care of the operational side of the practice so you can focus on providing excellent clinical care.
You will have access to:
A full referral book
Established referral pathways
Dedicated consulting rooms in Dianella
Administration and reception support
Appointment scheduling
Billing and accounts management
Client coordination
Established clinical and operational systems
Marketing and business development support
A multidisciplinary team environment
What We Offer
80% of Billings
Our contractor model provides 80% of billings, allowing you to benefit directly from the practice's established referral pipeline while avoiding the significant overheads associated with building a private practice from scratch.
Full Book of Referrals
We have established demand across ADHD, psychiatric assessment and related specialist services.
Our goal is to provide you with a full clinical book, allowing you to spend your time consulting rather than developing your own referral network.
Potential Practice Buy-In
For the right psychiatrist, there is also an opportunity to buy into the practice.
This provides a pathway beyond contracting for clinicians who are interested in becoming a practice owner/partner and participating in the long-term growth of the organisation.
Further details regarding the buy-in opportunity can be discussed confidentially.
Multidisciplinary Environment
You will work alongside:
Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
Psychologists
Counsellors
This provides opportunities for collaborative care and strong internal referral pathways.
Why Join Us?
We are a rapidly expanding mental health practice with established infrastructure and a clear growth strategy.
Our model allows clinicians to focus on what they do best — clinical care — while our operational team manages administration, referrals, bookings and business infrastructure.
For the right psychiatrist, this can be more than a contractor position. It can provide a pathway to practice ownership and long-term participation in a growing healthcare organisation.
