Sage Media is seeking a Digital Ad Ops Specialist to join our team of collaborative, campaign-tested professionals. We are a full-service political media buying agency that works with Democratic candidates and committees across the country, partnering on everything from local city council races to statewide and national candidate & advocacy campaigns.

It will be your responsibility to:
- Execute and manage live campaigns in-platform across Google Ads, Meta, and DSPs (The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, DV360) — operating as a true programmatic trader
- Manage bids, budgets, and pacing daily; adjust in real time to hit delivery and efficiency targets
- Review and action inventory and creative approvals, manage allow/block lists, and maintain supply-path quality
Traffic ads, QA assets and tags, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure pixels and conversion tracking fire correctly - Monitor performance against KPIs and execute optimizations across bidding, targeting, and inventory
- Engage with vendors and supply partners to resolve delivery, discrepancy, and data integrity issues
- Maintain pacing accuracy across the book of business and flag risks before they affect delivery
- Partner with strategists to turn media plans into clean, well-structured in-platform builds

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $68,000 - $80,000 per year, with a competitive end-of-cycle bonus
- PTO and paid Federal holidays

Our ideal candidate brings:
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital media buying experience for political campaigns, IEs, committees, or agencies
- Direct in-platform experience managing campaigns in DSPs (TTD, StackAdapt, DV360, Basis) and/or Google Ads and Meta — bid management, pacing, and optimization
- Familiarity with the political digital landscape — especially platforms, regulations, and industry norms
- Working knowledge of programmatic mechanics: auction dynamics, inventory and deal types, supply paths, and creative/inventory approval workflows
- Sharp understanding of pricing models, ad types, audience segmentation, and key performance metrics
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets and/or Excel) — confident with formulas, pacing sheets, and campaign trackers
- Detail-driven and proactive, with the discipline to manage pacing and QA across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with an instinct for when to ask questions or bring in support
- Nice to have: experience with CM360, ad tags/pixels, troubleshooting; SQL/Python or other data skills; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for workflow automation or data analysis
