JOB DESCRIPTIONMajor Duties and Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Expense Control
- Support the growth and profitability of ESIS by strategically managing client retention based on revenue and unit metrics.
- Foster client expansion by educating clients on ESIS products and services.
- Demonstrate responsible management of expense budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Analyze client data and trends to provide consultative guidance and drive optimal client performance.
- Engage in proactive and strategic planning to strengthen client relationships.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of data within the CRM system.
- Oversee the execution of the contracting process.
- Manage the renewal process to maintain high standards of quality.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ESIS products and services and their application to the customer base.
- Contribute to the new sales process by participating in presentations and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external business partners, including clients, brokers, carriers, underwriting, and field support operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5-7 years)
- Prior experience in insurance and/or third-party administration (TPA)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to interact across all levels and functions within the organization
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to work in dynamic and evolving environments
- Commitment to timely and efficient execution of responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time
The pay range for the role is $71,000 to $114,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
