We’re recruiting Bilingual Spanish / English-speaking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) for remote, full-time roles with a digital health partner focused on helping patients improve medication adherence.

We’re seeking RNs and LPNs with backgrounds in patient coaching, chronic condition support, and health education. While we welcome applicants from across the U.S., we are prioritizing candidates with licensure in Maryland, Nevada, Colorado, Louisiana, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas.

 
Role Overview:

• Connect with patients by phone, text, and video to support ongoing engagement
• Provide motivational coaching, medication safety and patient education, as well as chronic disease support
• Conduct nurse-led med reviews, guide proper administration, and address barriers to adherence
• Review patient submissions and escalate clinical concerns as needed
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and care teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes

Details:

• Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 annual salary for LPN candidates, $70,000-$80,000 annual salary for RN candidates

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Availability: Full-time, with the following available shifts:
  • Tuesday-Saturday (12-8pm, 1-9pm, 2-10pm, 3-11pm EST) or
  • Sunday-Thursday (12-8pm, 1-9pm, 2-10pm, 3-11pm EST)
• Experience: 3–5 years in patient engagement, care coordination, or related clinical work
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Workspace: Quiet, secure location with reliable high-speed internet (U.S.-based only)
