Overview

Sim Club is a premium indoor golf instruction venue located in Calabasas, CA. While our flagship social golf venue is under development, Sim Club Academy is operating as a private training facility featuring Trackman technology and personalized coaching programs. Sim Club is the exclusive Southern California facility for RoboGolf and RoboFar. These units play a major role in our Sim Club teaching methodology.

We are seeking golf instructors to join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering a best-in-class coaching experience. This is an opportunity to work in a modern, technology-driven environment while helping shape one of Southern California's most exciting golf concepts.

Sim Club is hiring a golf coach for The Academy, our private instruction facility in Calabasas. The Academy is where members and guests come to lower their scores and reach their goals.

You'll join a small team of golf professionals who coach at a high level and give every student an experience that is second to none.

Experience Required

PGA Class A Professional preferred, but not required

PGA Associate in good standing preferred, but not required

1+ years of golf instruction experience preferred

Experience in a private club, resort, or premium golf environment preferred

Proficiency with Trackman technology a plus

RoboGolf experience is a plus (training provided)

Professional, polished, and service-oriented approach

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with scheduling and CRM systems, including Mindbody
