Description
Contra Costa Country Club - Golf OperationsContra Costa Country Club is hiring Guest Services Attendants to join our Member Services team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hospitality, and want to be part of a professional, team-oriented golf operation.
Guest Services Attendants are responsible for creating a polished, welcoming, and consistent experience for members and guests, particularly during arrival, departure, and on-course support.
Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available (weekends and holidays required)
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
- Assist with bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning
- Clean, stage, and maintain golf carts to Club standards
- Support starter operations and pace of play as needed
- Assist with rental clubs and practice facility setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside service areas
- Follow safety procedures and communicate via radio
- Support other golf operations duties as needed

- Willingness to follow service standards and direction
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
- Golf experience helpful but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Availability on weekends and holidays
