Human Resources Intern: Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources and Finance team for the summer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while contributing to meaningful, sustainability-focused work.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contractor agreements 
• Update and enhance internal intranet pages and resources 
• Support state and federal compliance efforts to ensure the company remains in good standing 
• Assist in building and documenting career ladder frameworks 
• Track and report employee changes and organizational updates 
• Perform data entry and support people analytics initiatives 
• Assist with ad hoc HR and cross-functional projects 
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and improve processes

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment

The good faith salary hiring range for this position is $18 per hour.
