Human Resources Intern: Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources and Finance team for the summer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while contributing to meaningful, sustainability-focused work.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contractor agreements
- Update and enhance internal intranet pages and resources
- Support state and federal compliance efforts to ensure the company remains in good standing
- Assist in building and documenting career ladder frameworks
- Track and report employee changes and organizational updates
- Perform data entry and support people analytics initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc HR and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and improve processes
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment

The good faith salary hiring range for this position is $18 per hour.
