The Opportunity:
Correctional Healthcare Partners (CHP) is seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our team at the Monterey County Jail. We welcome LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and Licensed Psychologists who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to an underserved population.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Provide supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, as appropriate

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Experience working with behavioral and mental health conditions
- Knowledge of CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Correctional healthcare experience is valued but not required
