Practice & Cases

• Evaluation and management of dementia and cognitive disorders
• Adult patient population
• Mix of new evaluations and follow-ups
• Collaboration with neuropsychology, nursing, and social work teams

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• 8am to 5pm clinic hours
• Approximately 36 clinical hours per week
• Consistent outpatient schedule

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology or Psychiatry
• Active California license required
• Experience in memory care or cognitive disorders required
