Description

Locums OB Hospitalist coverage is needed in California with fully on site, no call night shift work and a predictable 12 hour shift structure. Ongoing supplemental coverage is needed while a permanent FTE is recruited, with need expected to continue after the hire.

Highlights

• No call, fully on site shift based coverage
• Night shift need, 6-10 shifts/month

Practice Setting

• Inpatient OB and GYN coverage
• OBED covers all patients under 37 weeks
• Adult OB GYN patient population

Schedule

• Greatest need is PM shift coverage, nights
• 12 hour shifts, scheduled as 7 days a week coverage model
• Target commitment of 6-10 night shifts/month
• No call responsibilities, shift work only

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• California license required, will not wait for license
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
