Description
Manager, People and Organization, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Jose, CA. Work with clients to reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through people. Focus on evaluating and managing unique challenges so clients can maximize return on the overall investment in human capital. Work with various aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Help organizations deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt, and drive change. Support clients to develop and communicate a plan that enables employees to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behavior by focusing on critical things that drive successful results. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach staff.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $205,000-$212,000/yr
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor progressive, related work experience.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Assessing change vision and strategy, organizational design, training strategies, and curricula and course development, cultural transformation plans;
- Leveraging knowledge of process redesign, process excellence, process analytics, robotic process automation, workflow design and delivery;
- Analyzing large, complex data sets to build models and leveraging data visualization tools to provide insights to clients; and
- Assessing workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning to enable a future facing workforce.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
