Essential Responsibilities

Part-Time Member Services Staff - StudioGolf (San Diego, CA)

Job Type: Part-time
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle TrackMan bay reservations, lessons, and fitness session bookings.
• Assist with membership inquiries, answer phone calls and emails, and troubleshoot booking issues.
• Use technology platforms for scheduling, payments, and member management.
• Provide basic assistance with golf simulator technology.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, bays, and common areas.
• Assist with facility events, leagues, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic golf knowledge (playing experience or familiarity with the game is a plus).
• Must be available weekdays and holidays
• Ability to use technology efficiently, including scheduling systems, payment processing, and golf simulator software.
• Friendly, professional, and proactive in assisting members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
