As a mobile Internist, Cardiologist or Oncologist with our team, you carry the clinical authority and community presence of an established specialty practice — without a single non-clinical burden on your plate. We run the business. You practice the medicine.
What You'll Actually Have
From launch day through a thriving, mature practice, you'll have named, dedicated support — not a generic helpdesk — across every dimension of your work:
- A dedicated Launch Director to build your presence, educate the referral community, and introduce you to your market
- A Referral Partner Coordinator who manages your schedule daily, maximizes efficiency, and keeps your partner clinics exceptionally well-served
- A Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit and hire your clinical assistant or technician
- A Director of Clinical Resources for ongoing mobile practice guidance and team support
- A full Operations Team managing every equipment need — from initial selection through maintenance, repair, and eventual replacement
- A Finance Team handling all invoicing and service-related payables
- A Business Development team running CE events, local marketing campaigns, and community outreach on your behalf
- Certified HR professionals overseeing onboarding, payroll, benefits, and career development

- Base + production compensation — production rates starting at 40% for Board-Certified Internists and Cardiologists, and 35% for Board-Certified Oncologists
