Occupational Health & Safety Specialist
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, risk management, environmental engineer orrelated degree and three years implementing professional occupational health and safety, workplace injury/illnessprevention or risk management experience involving developing and implementing industrial hygiene, safety andaccident prevention programs; conducting safety training; and compiling data and preparing root cause analysis.
Progressively responsible directly related experience may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of twoyears of experience for one year of education required work experience in implementing professional occupational healthand safety, workplace injury/illness prevention or risk management experience involving developing and implementingindustrial hygiene, safety and accident prevention programs; conducting safety training; and compiling data andpreparing root cause analysis.
