Responsibilities: Thrive and Shine Therapy, Inc. is now hiring California licensed Occupational Therapists (OTR) and Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) interested in working with pediatric in-clinic and/or in-home population (Either Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem!).
The Occupational Therapist, as a member of the comprehensive treatment team, is responsible for evaluation and treatment of persons requiring occupational therapy services. Based on the evaluative finding, the Occupational Therapist will develop recommendations regarding functional outcomes and contribute to the comprehensive treatment plan.
