Description
Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant (SW Dev). Multiple openings. Gather and map requirements, analyze, and create design documents for application changes in Oracle Fusion. Implement new business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules. Work with management and business partners to prioritize and implement application enhancements. Lead user sessions for requirements, testing (e.g., UAT), and create test plans and scripts. Provide global support for HRIS applications, resolving issues and collaborating on system improvements. Create and maintain system documentation, reports, and assist with user training and issue resolution. Work with GAP Analysis, Functional Architecture, CRP (Conference Room Piloting), Solution Design, Unit Testing, UAT, User Training. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Masters) and 2 years experience (or 2 years experience as Project Manager, Systems Analyst, or related occupation). Must have 2 years experience gathering and mapping requirements, and working with GAP Analysis, Functional Architecture, CRP (Conference Room Piloting), Solution Design, Unit Testing, UAT, User Training. Must be willing to travel (10-15%) within the US to unanticipated locations on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. Salary: $144,414 - $150,000/year.
