University Health in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our growing team. Enjoy a collaborative outpatient practice with the support and resources of a large, integrated health system.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
- No call responsibilities
- Opportunity to work with long-acting injectable treatments
- Strong multidisciplinary support within a large academic-affiliated system
- Established psychiatry team including 5 psychiatrists and 1 APP
- Dedicated therapists, LPCs, and LCDCs embedded within the service line
- Social workers integrated into primary care clinics for coordinated patient support
- Access to grant-funded programs and innovative community initiatives
Comprehensive Behavioral Health System - Providers benefit from a fully integrated continuum of care, including:
- Emergency Department with psychiatric support
- Adult inpatient psychiatric unit
