Mobility Rx Physical Therapy is a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Laguna Beach, built for clinicians who want to practice the way they were trained and keep growing.

WHY THERAPISTS CHOOSE US

• True 1:1 care for every 40-minute visit
• A protected weekly 1:1 mentorship session with our OCS- and FAAOMPT-credentialed clinicians
• Hands-on training in diagnostic MSK ultrasound imaging, Shockwave Therapy, Force plates and return-to-sport testing, vestibular/concussion care, and advanced manual therapy
• Support for OCS preparation and specialty program development
• AI-assisted documentation to cut charting time
• 30–40 hours per week, no weekends

COMPENSATION

• New graduates: $82,000 base salary
• Experienced outpatient orthopedic PTs (2+ years): $90,000–$102,000 base, based on experience and certifications
• Per-visit productivity bonus
• Sign-on bonus available for experienced PTs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• California PT license (or license-eligible with a scheduled exam date)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates seeking real mentorship are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning, warm patient communication, and a commitment to growing as a clinician
• Able to commute reliably to Laguna Beach
