Overview
Manage project documentation, including submittals and RFI's, to support efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Organize and send product submittals, RFI's, plans documents and drawings.
- Collaborate with project manager, sales department and design team to understand project scope and follow progress throughout the project duration.
- Track and organize construction drawings and documents.
- Review, track and assist with information requests.
- Review plan submittals, inclusive of material lists, steel erection drawings, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Degree or at minimum two year at an accredited college preferred.
- Minimum of two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
- Excellent computer skills required including a proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
